Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste For the Tahini Sauce:
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Meanwhile, make the tahini sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve roasted cauliflower hot with tahini sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling over top. Enjoy!
