Ingredients:

2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the bell pepper strips in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika.
Pour the mixture over the bell peppers and toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and lightly browned.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
