Ingredients:

300g lamb leg steak
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, oregano, thyme, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb steak.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the lamb steak. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
