Ingredients:

250g ground beef or lamb
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil For the Tahini Sauce:
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb with the onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and flatten them slightly into patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the koftas and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
To make the tahini sauce, combine the tahini paste, lemon juice and water in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Drizzle over the koftas before serving.
