Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top for added flavor and creaminess.
