Ingredients:

500g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl mix together the yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix until all the shrimp are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
