Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
½ teaspoon of red chili powder (optional)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup of plain yogurt
1 boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
4 ounces of shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ounces of lamb cubes

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder (if using). Stir to combine.
Add the garlic and onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
Add the yogurt and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mixture is thickened.
Add the chicken cubes and cook for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Then add the shrimp and lamb cubes and cook for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot with naan or rice! Enjoy!
