Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup cooked green peas
2 tablespoons paneer cubes
Salt to taste
2 pieces of naan bread

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they are lightly browned.
Add the cumin seeds and stir for about 30 seconds. Then add the garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder (if using). Stir for another 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.

Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
