Ingredients:

200g paneer cubes
1 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons tomato puree or paste
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the green peas and fry for a few minutes until they are cooked through but still have some crunch to them.
Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and tomato puree or paste to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until everything is combined and fragrant.
Add the fried paneer cubes back into the pan along with salt to taste and mix everything together until combined. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through and combined well together.
Serve hot with rice or roti/chapati of your choice! Enjoy!
