Ingredients:

2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
Salt to taste For the Coriander Chutney:
½ cup of fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each part into a patty.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and add the patties. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
To make the chutney, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with the aloo tikki patties.
