Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
½ cup frozen peas
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds and fry until they start to sizzle.
Add the turmeric and coriander powders and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the potatoes and stir to coat them in the spices. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are almost cooked through.
Add the frozen peas, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Stir to combine everything together then cover again with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
Serve hot with rice or naan breads!
