Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 potatoes, diced into cubes
1 cup green peas
200g paneer cheese, cubed
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and red chili powder (if using). Stir to combine.
Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened.
Add the potatoes and green peas and cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
Add the paneer cheese cubes and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes or until everything is cooked through. Season with salt to taste.
Serve hot with chapati or rice!
