Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
1 small potato, diced
1 cup cauliflower florets
Salt to taste

Add the potato and cauliflower florets and stir to combine with the spices. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Season with salt to taste.
