Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of buttermilk or milk
1 teaspoon of white vinegar or lemon juice
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
¼ teaspoon of dried dill weed or parsley flakes
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
Add the buttermilk or milk and mix until combined.
Add the white vinegar or lemon juice and mix until combined.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed or parsley flakes, salt and pepper and mix until combined.
