Ingredients:

250g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the oil and warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into an oval shape about 5mm thick.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook each naan for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
