Ingredients:

1 cup all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil and mix until combined.
Slowly add in the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle about 1/4 inch thick (6mm).
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite toppings or dips!
