Ingredients:

250ml warm water
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
450g all
purpose flour

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, sugar, oil and salt. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Add the flour to the bowl and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball by rolling it between your hands on a lightly floured surface. Place each ball on one of the prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly with your hand to form hamburger buns about 10cm (4 inches) in diameter. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size again.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom of buns are cooked through when tapped lightly on top with your finger (internal temperature should be around 93°C/200°F). Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
