Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 slices of ham
2 slices of cheese (your choice)
1 large tortilla wrap
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally.
Place the ham slices in the skillet and cook for 1 minute per side or until lightly browned.
Place the cheese slices on top of the ham slices in the skillet and cook for 1 minute or until melted.
Place the tortilla wrap on a plate and spoon the egg mixture onto it. Top with the ham and cheese slices.
Fold up the sides of the wrap to enclose all of the ingredients inside then cut in half if desired before serving.
