Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cooked ham
1/4 cup of pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or on a pan over medium heat.
Place the cooked ham on one slice of the toasted bread.
Top with pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce.
Place the other slice of toasted bread on top and press down lightly to make sure it sticks together.
Heat a pan over medium heat and place the sandwich in it for about 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
