Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of ham
1 egg
1 slice of cheese (your choice)
½ avocado, sliced or mashed

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the ham slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Crack the egg into the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg is cooked through. Flip once during cooking if desired.
Toast the bread in a toaster or in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Assemble the sandwich by layering one slice of toast with ham, egg, cheese, avocado slices or mashed avocado, then top with remaining slice of toast. Serve immediately.
