Ingredients:

1 croissant
2 slices of ham
1 egg
2 slices of cheese (your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Cut the croissant in half lengthwise and place it on the skillet. Toast for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Place the ham slices on top of the croissant halves and cook for another 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
Crack the egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg onto the skillet next to the croissants and cook until desired doneness is reached (about 3-4 minutes).
Place one slice of cheese on each croissant half followed by the cooked egg and ham slices. Top with remaining cheese slices if desired.
Cover the skillet with a lid or foil to melt the cheese for about 1 minute before serving warm.
