Ingredients:

2 slices of ham (50g)
1/4 cup shredded cheese (25g)
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (25g)
1/4 cup diced onion (25g)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (10g)
2 tablespoons salsa (30ml)
2 eggs (100ml)
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (15ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking dish with butter or margarine.
Place the ham slices in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with the shredded cheese, bell pepper, onion, and herbs. Pour the salsa over the top.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and milk until combined. Pour over the top of the strata ingredients in the baking dish. Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in center when tested with a knife or toothpick. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
