Ingredients:

1 pre
made pizza base
2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grilled vegetables (e.g. zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the pizza base.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza base.
Arrange the grilled vegetables on top of the cheese layer.
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on top.
