Ingredients:

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 heads of bok choy, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
