Ingredients:

6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 mango, diced into cubes
2 cups of lettuce, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder and cumin powder. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Place the shrimp on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, mango cubes and cooked shrimp.
In a small bowl, mix together the cilantro leaves and lime juice to make the dressing for the salad. Pour over the salad and mix until everything is well combined.
