Ingredients:

1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/4 cup warm water
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 ramps, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yeast and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the warm water. Stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ramps to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out into a 12 inch circle. Place dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce over dough leaving 1 inch border around edges of pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese slices followed by ramp mixture and parmesan cheese.
Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing into 8 pieces to serve hot or at room temperature. Enjoy!
