Ingredients:

200g sirloin steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, kale)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chimichurri sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Rub the steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Grill for 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
In a large bowl combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce and toss to combine.
Top the salad with the steak strips and serve immediately. Enjoy!
