Ingredients:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
1/2 cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
1 pita bread, cut in half

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Spread the tzatziki sauce onto one half of the pita bread. Top with the sliced cucumbers and grilled chicken strips. Place the other half of the pita bread on top to form a sandwich.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly browned and heated through. Serve warm.
