Ingredients:

1 baguette
2 tablespoons sundried tomato pesto
2 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced thin
2 slices mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the sundried tomato pesto on both halves.
Place the sliced chicken breast on one half of the baguette and top with the mozzarella cheese slices.
Place the other half of the baguette on top of the cheese and press down lightly to secure it in place.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half diagonally and serving warm.
