Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
2 ounces grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup roasted green chilies
2 slices pepper jack cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Grill the chicken breast for 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Toast the ciabatta roll on the grill for 1 minute per side until lightly golden brown.
Place the grilled chicken on the bottom half of the roll and top with roasted green chilies and pepper jack cheese slices.
Place the top half of the roll on top of the sandwich and press down lightly to secure it together.
Grill for an additional 2 minutes per side until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
