Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
1 chicken breast
1/2 fennel bulb, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons goat cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
