Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
1 chicken breast fillet, grilled and sliced into strips
1 slice of provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breast fillet for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Slice into strips when done.
Toast the bread slices in the same pan for about 1 minute per side or until lightly golden brown.

Place the other toast slice on top and press down lightly to make a sandwich.
