Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
2 slices of provolone cheese
2 ounces of grilled chicken breast, sliced thin

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Place the ciabatta roll on the grill and toast for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden brown.
Remove the roll from the grill and spread the balsamic glaze on both sides of the roll.
Place the sliced chicken breast onto the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Place the cooked chicken onto one side of the roll and top with provolone cheese slices.
Place the sandwich back onto the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
