Ingredients:

1 large whole wheat wrap
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
2 tablespoons of hummus

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
To assemble the wrap, spread the hummus on the wrap then top with grilled chicken strips and roasted zucchini slices. Roll up tightly then cut in half before serving.
