Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 chicken breast
1 roasted red pepper, sliced
2 slices smoked gouda cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breast with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
