Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of roasted red peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons of hummus
1 large whole wheat wrap

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing into strips.
Spread the hummus on the wrap then top with the grilled chicken strips and roasted red peppers.
Roll up the wrap tightly then cut in half before serving.
