Ingredients:

1 Ciabatta Roll
1 Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Roasted Artichoke Hearts
2 slices Provolone Cheese
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Slice the Ciabatta roll in half and place on the grill for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Place the grilled chicken on the bottom half of the Ciabatta roll.
Top with roasted artichoke hearts and provolone cheese.
Place the top half of the Ciabatta roll on top and press down lightly.
