Ingredients:

2 large wraps
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 apple, thinly sliced
2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing into strips.
Place the wraps on a work surface and top each one with half of the chicken strips, apple slices and cheddar cheese.
Fold in the sides of the wrap then roll up tightly from one end to the other to form a wrap sandwich.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with oil. Place the wraps in the skillet seam side down and cook for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve warm with your favorite condiments or sides if desired!
