Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cucumber, peeled and grated
2 pita breads, halved

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and season with garlic powder, oregano leaves, salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and grated cucumber to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
Toast the pita bread halves in a toaster or on a hot skillet until lightly golden brown.
To assemble the sandwich, spread some of the tzatziki sauce onto each half of the pita breads then top with grilled chicken strips. Serve immediately.
