Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
