Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1/2 head of red cabbage, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the sliced red cabbage on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
