Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 radishes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil until combined.
