Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 avocado, sliced

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brush the chicken strips with the olive oil mixture and place them on the preheated grill or grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the grill for 1 minute per side until lightly golden brown.
Place the grilled chicken strips on one slice of toast and top with sliced avocado and the other slice of toast. Serve immediately.
