Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cooked turkey breast
2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
2 slices of cheddar cheese or other cheese of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down on a plate.
Place the turkey slices on one slice of bread and top with the cranberry sauce. Place the cheese slices on top.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
