Ingredients:

2 slices of ciabatta bread
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 tomato, sliced into thin rounds
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto the preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and toasted.
Flip the slices over and top each slice with a slice of mozzarella cheese and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tomatoes are softened slightly.
Carefully remove from the skillet and serve warm.
