Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of spinach and artichoke dip
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine for cooking

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or margarine to the pan.
Place one slice of sourdough bread in the pan and spread the spinach and artichoke dip on top. Place the two slices of cheddar cheese on top of the dip.
Place the other slice of sourdough bread on top and press down lightly with a spatula to help it stick together.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown and crispy. Flip over carefully with a spatula and cook for another 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
