Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of smoked ham
1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet, butter side down.
Layer the smoked ham and cheddar cheese on top of one slice of bread in the skillet. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
