Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 ounces of cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces
2 ounces of provolone cheese, sliced thin

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet butter-side down.
Top one slice with the chopped shrimp and provolone cheese slices. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
