Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of kale, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and kale to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes until the kale is wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet over medium heat. Top with the feta cheese and sautéed kale. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown then flip over and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm and enjoy!
