Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of broccoli rabe, chopped
1/4 cup of fontina cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the olive oil and broccoli rabe to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the fontina cheese and stir until melted.
Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.

Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
